Organize advanced product training
BO daily, weekly, monthly report design and improvement
Create and optimize the work flow
Give technical support to BSS team
Escalate the trouble ticket to CARE when BSS team cannot solve it, and supervise it until it solved
Audit troubleshooting, analyze report and preventive guidance to avoid same problem happen again
Make preventive maintenance plan and audit the result
Audit BSS CR and arrange BSS team to supervise
Audit data configuration plan from engineering and ensure BSS team data configuration quality
Minimum 6 years of relevant work years experience
Vendor experience of minimum 3 years in fault management,
Performance & capacity monitoring, and configuration management.
Experience in Ericsson CBV/VAS system operation experience.
Experience in system upgrades, expansions and health checks for Telecom BSS Applications
Familiar with O&M and technical support work flow
Be familiar with ITIL best practice
